Referred to low+tritt by another apartment complex, Parkwood Properties operates Parkwood Townhomes and Apartments in West Monroe and Bayou Park Apartments in Monroe.  To meet the challenge of branding sister properties, we developed an identity that is interchangeable between the two and is utilized across multimedia platforms, as well as on the properties themselves.
